Liked: Great service, great location, parking

Liked: Neat & clean
Disliked: My first room is not working the toilet bowl so I transfer into another room

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything, the room smelled, the sheets were dirty, they had a banana & Kind bar for their so called breakfast. They show they have 24 hr office & security which both are not true. The office is open 8 to 10 & we only seen security for about 5.

Disliked: The breakfast, Room air conditioning, the AC did not work well, making the room either too hot or too cold.

Disliked: - They didn't have my reserved room and they gave me an ADA room. - They don't need to mention with Breakfast because it was an orange/apple drink and banana! - Floor in the bath room was not leveled. - Front desk door is in violation of fire code.

Liked: The hotel was in the perfect location for me to be able to walk where I needed to go

Disliked: Overpriced. No luggage storage. Breakfast was a small rice bar, banana and coffee. No elevator. Narrow stairs. In commercial area.

Disliked: Claims to be 24 hr front desk. It is not. unavailable from 10pm-8am. They wont answer emergency phone number. Parking is first come first serve otherwise park car on the street. Young gentleman at front desk threw my license and credit card at me instea
