Comfortable and pleasant stay with...

Liked: The receptionist on arrival was friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us during check-in—excellent customer service.Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Although there was construction work on-site, we were thoughtfully relocated to the quieter side of the motel, so our one-night stay was not disrupted.
Disliked: Our room was clean, tidy, and had a new carpet, with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we did encounter a cockroach in the room, we understand that in certain climates, this can occasionally happen. It appeared to be an isolated incident and didn’t take away from the overall cleanliness of the room. It’s worth noting that the property is advertised as a hotel, but it operates more like a motel, with external access to rooms and limited security. We were offered an upgrade to a ‘Premier Room’ at the back of the property, which provides key-only access and is more secure, but it came at an additional cost.

Liked: Breakfast place is next door. The location is great to get to the attractions by car. Room is comfortable with good amenities.
Disliked: Really bad internet, basically does not exist though the billboard claims it is "high speed".The room and amenities were very good but the towels are completely warn out. Feels like rags.
