When I arrived the lobby was closed. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to open. The receptionist had a rude attitude. If I had a question she ignored me and told me to wait.

After the first night, my family began experiencing muscle spasms, which was concerning.The air conditioner is quite loud and shuts off when it reaches the set temperature—it seems to be an older unit—but it did cool the room effectively.Breakfast was good, though it could use some improvements—perhaps replacing the frozen waffles with a waffle machine would be a nice upgrade.The pool area was enjoyable but could benefit from more thorough cleaning. The jacuzzi was relaxing, although the chlorine smell was quite strong.Overall, it’s a good value for the price. With a few improvements, this place has the potential to be a solid 5-star stay.

Avoid this place - horrible!

Disliked: Staff - we prepaid for three nights - manager packed up our room after one night - wadded up my freshly ironed clothes, lost my nightgown and my special soap. No sincere apology. And I have stayed there many times. Just awful this time.

Good value for the savings.

Liked: Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Parking was limited, when I got out of the shower I walked around barefoot in the room and instantly my feet were black. Had to get back in the shower. Just need a better mopping procedure.

Liked: pool/ jacuzzi met our expectations. the room was spacious and the shower was great. The lady that gave us our room key was so polite and friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were hard and felt like a bunch of stuff shoved into a pillow case, not pillow like at all. woke up with a crook in my neck. Also the lady at check out was not friendly- was argumentative 1st thing in the morning. there was not much of a continental breakfast option at all. went to Denny's instead. Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose to rent.
