When I arrived the lobby was closed. I had to wait more than 20 minutes to open. The receptionist had a rude attitude. If I had a question she ignored me and told me to wait.

Disliked: i forgot my Phone charger Which costed me $45 it also ruined my trip because i didn't have a fully charged Couldn't call an uber couldn't call a friend to pick me up from the airport i know it was there and the housekeeping staff said they did not find an
