Horrible treatment by staff; dirty; our door wouldn't even lock most of the time; generally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Not worth any money or time - stay away!

Great place, quiet with no...

Liked: There wasn't a breakfast per se but the staff is so nice and very, very hard-working. They take the time to listen to whatever you have to say and everything was great.
Disliked: The only things I didn't like were things that were completely and totally out of their control. There's massive construction of the roads on interstate 35 but you can still get around. That's completely out of the hotel company's hands and nothing they can do about it. The people are great

You get what you pay,...

Liked: It was peaceful and quiet room and area in general.
Disliked: I think they can improve the quality of the cleaning service, as well as the infrastructure in general.

Disliked: The restrooms where nasty not enough towels and the soda machine took my money

I didn’t stay!!

Liked: Nothing . I didn’t end up staying there it was so bad.
Disliked: The office staff was fine until I told them I didn’t want to stay because I didn’t feel safe & the 2 rooms I was shown were gross! Then they became very rude!
