Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Alamo/Riverwalk

I will never stay there again. It was not clean and smelled disgusting. Booked and paid in advance a room with king size bed that was not refundable. When we got there they gave me a room with 2 small beds. I was not happy and couldn't get a refund and way overpriced also. Was told they serve breakfast but all they had was juice and coffee. Room was dirty; hair all over the floor; lotion by the sink was half empty. I guess left from last visitor. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Everything.

Liked: close to the Alamo.
Disliked: The smell (smells like gasoline) in the room. The noises from the ceiling (a child, or children running and jumping above) was unbearable throughout the stay.

Liked: Location and a decent breakfast
Disliked: The room has a smell of humidity, but doesn't bothers a lot.

Liked: It is convenient for us as it is located near the train station. We are able to leave to catch an early morning train to our destination and check in late on our return trip.

Disliked: The bed was a little hard for me

Liked: The location to the riverwalk was very convenient. The shower had wonderful water pressure.
Disliked: Nearly all the linens had long black hair on them (towels, sheets, washcloths). The floor was quite dirty and when I stepped into the shower having walked barefoot on the floor, copious amounts of dirt filled the water as it drained into the drain.

Liked: location, cost, & staff
Disliked: complements breakfast consisted of drinks only!
