Liked: The location was perfect - restaurants nearby, close to the freeway, quiet place (adjacent to residential neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again.

Very convient

Liked: Minor problems with tv remote and toilet seat.
Disliked: Price was great. Decent breakfast.

Location hard to get to...

Liked: The room was decent but not well cleaned. The location and price were good. The layout of the room was good. The check in and check out times were really nice. It was a busy day for them due to eclipse so maybe they do better on regular days.
Disliked: The stairs by my room were broken and closed off. I had to carry my items from the other side of the building to use a different set of stairs. The ice machine and laundry facilities were broken. The breakfast was cold cereal, a few muffins or oatmeal. It was disappointing. The desk and other surfaces were all dirty. I had to clean them myself.

Liked: Anna and the two young lady who did room every morning were amazing!! So kind and compassionate, I felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: The room smelled at first, they should be aired out once cleaned, the toilet backs up at night
