Disliked: The pool was closed and we were not informed until we asked.

Liked: The front lobby was very nice and the staff were really nice.
Disliked: The pool was broken. Not very many options for breakfast. The rooms had a terrible smell to them. The curtains were dirty. There was hair in the shower that wasn't ours.

Liked: The staff was really nice given our situation and needing a room asap, to accommodate our family and our puppy. They all created me and my kids every morning or anytime we saw them. They also got to know our puppy really well, too.
Disliked: The front was under construction. But really wasn't a big deal

I personally did not stay...

Liked: Room location was adequate for kids to take pet outside. No bedbugs found. Room clean. Allowed to stay for second night in same room when only one night booked. An error occurred with Booking.com emails causing two rooms to be booked when only one room requested. Motel was able to cancel the second room booking without charging full price.
Disliked: Room was reserved on a special rate with a note a pet would be with family. Upon signing in, clerk indicated a pet charge would be decided AFTER checkout inspection. However, room rate was NOT as quoted. Billed for near $25 more than reserved rate at check-in for first night. Kids report dissatisfaction with food offering for continental breakfast.
