Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean — there were hairs all over the floor and in the bathroom, the tables were dirty, and the mattress was stained. We also had issues with the water and the toilet, which made things even worse.Only one staff member was friendly and helpful; the rest were not very polite or welcoming.We expected much better service and cleanliness. Would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Disliked: Intermittent power issues. Not weather related. We both have medical equipment that we were unable to use throughout the night. Office staff unresponsive.
