Liked: It looks like they just renew the rooms so there was no bad old odors, which it was great.

Not worth it

Liked: It was on the bottom floor
Disliked: Loud music and people, staff wasn't very kind. I left something there and they gave me a hard time when I asked them to send it back. So it's still there. Bed covers were dirty with cigarette burns. Bathroom still had hair in it, Had to ask for toilet paper as soon as we got there.

Exceptional

Liked: 10/10 customer service, slept well every single night, my only complaint was that the area around the hotel was a little sketchy but that’s not exactly something they can control. It would get a little loud in the morning from other guests too but that’s also not their fault. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind, the shower pressure was perfect, beds were super comfortable and I really can’t recommend it here enough. 100 percent worth the price!

Great convenient place to stay...

Liked: The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He told me how to get to the best places in town to eat. The parking, right outside the room was great. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The mattress was very comfortable.

Liked: Location was perfect to attend event at the Civic Center. Felt dirty the whole time I was there
Disliked: Wall outlets were falling out of wall, sheets were stained, light bulbs out. Gym was full of black mold and little workout equipment
