Staff was really nice. Other than that, I would not recommend to anyone. We stayed there in January, and it was colder than a deep freeze in there - and we had the heat cranked up.

Liked: We had stayed here the previous week when passing through Saint John on our trip. It was clean and comfortable and in a good location.

Disliked: Heater in my room did not work.Pet fees supposed to be 25$ and I finally paid 50$ and the front desk employee told me a lie. He said the manager would be present to discuss with me about this issue during the checkout and nobody was there…Too noisy place because of the traffic.Breakfast is not tasty. Supposed to be smoke free in hotel, but smells in the lobby itself and all in halls.
