Liked: It was the night attendant that made this stay so memorable! (I arrived at 1:00 AM, exhausted)! He was absolutely wonderful! When I was signing in and couldn't think of my license number, he excused it and had me write the car's make, etc. When he gave directions to my room and I said I didn't feel like driving any more, he said I could also walk and personally escorted me to it. Honestly, I am a senior and had just had my trip on Amtrack delayed over five hours. I was to arrive in Rutland before 8:00 PM but got there at 1:00 AM. This man was a Godsend. I simply cannot say enough about him! Thank you for having such an empathetic, kind employee. MAKE SURE HE HEARS ABOUT HOW HIS WONDERFUL SERVICE WAS SO APPRECIATED!!
Disliked: Nothing, really. I knew for the money it would not be a luxury hotel. But the one thing this place does have that you do not see in a high-end hotel are employees that are down to earth and absolutely unpretentious! They appear to be immigrants, although I cannot say for sure and (here, at least) they were very welcoming.

Very upset about Days Inn...

Disliked: made a mistake double booked my room, had no help solving the problem. Charged my account for 2 rooms. This is very disturbing as a guest that travels a great deal. Mistakes are made and corrected by other establishments why is Days Inn not willing to fix this issue.
