Liked: I recently stayed at your hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival — the floors hadn't been cleaned properly, and there was dust and grime in several areas. Even more concerning, no one came to clean the room during my entire stay. Despite being there for two days, housekeeping never showed up to refresh the room or provide clean towels or empty the waste bin. To make matters worse, water entered the room through the window when it rained. I reported the issue and asked for someone to come and dry the area, but no one ever showed up to help.On top of that, the breakfast provided was very poor, with limited options and low-quality food that did not meet basic expectations.Also, even though the room was advertised as suitable for five people, I was charged an extra $20 per night for an additional bed. This felt misleading and unfair.I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. Guests deserve a clean, honest, and comfortable environment during their stay.

Nice but bathroom super small

Liked: The room door was super heavy and the door didn't fully secure. The bathroom was to small because of the way it was setup. Not enough room in the bathroom to open or close the door. Shower curtain would not fully close when showering. Kept sliding to the middle. The bes didn't feel like it was a king bed. Felt more like a queen but ny reservations were for a king bed. Lighting wasn't too sufficient. Seemed dark Even with all the lamps on
