I would not recommend this hotel unless they remodel.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: No room service; room was dirt; phones were broken; smoke alarms were hanging from the ceiling.

Bugs, hard bed won’t be...

Liked: Nice size room and friendly staff
Disliked: Bed was hard, bugs in bathroom I think they where cockroaches, rooms where very run down and in need of an update and repairs, bathroom was dirty, stains on sheets and very noisy

Liked: Easy access to and from the highway, excellent staff and a comfortable bed
Disliked: Just keep up the good work

Bad

Liked: The night desk clerk that answered the phone after it was discovered that I was double billed was extremely nice
Disliked: It wasn't safe! No screens on the bathroom window, bathroom windows kept open, and I found a homeless person's backpack blocking the bathroom door when I arrived

Liked: Room was big. Lots of light
Disliked: Tv needs upgrade need USB ports furniture needs replacing. Little more on the breakfast menu

Disliked: Not very clean. Some things didn't work, like the TV remote.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Loud and cold. No extra blankets. Woke up cold and the heater was as loud as the freeway. Couldn’t sleep

Disliked: Room was in disrepair. Needs lots of repair… paint, broken bathroom window, shower rod not fixed correctly to wall and drooping curtain, cracks in tub caulking, stained tub, no towels, not enough blankets, noisy heater with broken knob, stains on lamps, no wall plug for microwave. Sticky front door and bathroom door does not close.Our friends, traveling with us, had a much nicer room.
