Dissatisfied and miserable stay at...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Water draining slowly in the sink, the musty smell of the room and hallway, the uncomfortable queen size bed that was rock hard to sleep on, the only usable ice machine on the first floor, and the fact that I was refused a refund for my second night stay when I had to change my plans!!!! I had purchased the extra travel protection plan which did nothing when I needed to cancel the second night stay. It is time to renovate the hotel or close it down!!!

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a refreshing cleanliness that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of amenities and attractions within walking distance. Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
Disliked: Only downfall was my phone would not stay connected to the wifi not a huge deal because I wasn't working.

Liked: This is not a new motel, but it is clean and comfortable. It has a decent breakfast. For us, it is close to the city auditorium. This is 2nd year we have stayed there and plan to go back next year.
Disliked: No complaints
