Very poor

Liked: The manager was very friendly and professional.
Disliked: Really dirty for the price. There was pubic hair on the bathroom towels, really gross. There were stains on the sheets.

A decent budget hotel with...

Liked: Staff was very great. Location was great.
Disliked: I had a problem with booking. I chose the date but I also chose the best rate available which changed the date to the next night.i called fives minutes after I selected the booking but was told I couldn’t cancel or change the date. So I had to book another room in a different hotel, Comfort Inn, for a second night. Very frustrating! Also, there were ants in our room.
