Waste of time

Disliked: I booked the room hours in advance and paid online, when we got there the computer was down and the man at the front desk acted like he didn’t care whatsoever, there were about 10 other people in the lobby waiting to be checked in and when we got to the counter after about an hour he had the wrong room for us, we asked for a refund and he said he would do it and only wrote down my name.. hoping I can get a full refund, and the place was loud and disgusting
