The facility is okay but...

Liked: We were given a room on the third floor which is okay but the wifi wouldn't work up there. The room is decent. I called the next day to let them know that I left my charger beside the bed but no one was kind enough to really look for it and when I tried to call again (2 more times) they were annoyed, that the charger had sentimental value to me. I was also charged a $100 deposit but until now it hasn't been credited back and it's been 5 days. If you work in the hospitality industry, please know that you are there to give a good service and to make your guests feel comfortable so that you will get repeat customers.
