Bad days and night at...

Liked: Nothing at all
Disliked: Dirty rooms.No hot water.Shower did nozzle didn't work.Lot of homeless walking in and out of there At all hours of the nightBut most importantly in our first room somebody try to walk into our room at 1:00 in the morning. How they manage to crack the door open the front desk clerk said the batteries were going low on the door lock. For the price you pay for one night there it's not worth it.

Liked: The evening office staff was very kind and helped us change rooms when the room was unsatisfactory
Disliked: As soon as we got into our room there were bugs on the walls and floor. Not ideal conditions. The room detail did not match the photos showing the room

Disliked: When I reserve the hotel they didn't give me what I asked for I asked for a jacuzzi and they just gave me a king size room also it was no hot water at all screaming my lungs because it was so cold I asked request about the sheets and stuff and they couldn't do it because I have sensitive skin so that sucks when the hotel can't help you it was nasty outside too noisy couldn't sleep all up all night this running the hotel running up and down making noises it was awful the week we were there never again I will attend there the staff named Gabby she was very rude and professional I am at out of Towner and for us to come into a motel this is ridiculous they need to upgrade that Hotel it's discussing I will not recommend no one to go to this place nasty and filthy you couldn't feel comfortable at all then I got double charged I'm very disappointed they wouldn't take my discount I'm a senior citizen and it was a awful week

Terrible stay, nothing worked and...

Liked: Absolutely nothing good about this place.
Disliked: California has fallen.. DO NOT STAY HERE.. tweakers making noise all night in the rooms and walkways, homeless looking thru parked cars. Security didn’t do anything. One very rude front desk lady. No hot water and tv and fan was broken. I’d rate this less then 1. STAY AWAY.

The hotel from hell.

Disliked: There were a bunch of homeless drug addicts. It was dirty. The first room I was in had mold on the window, bugs in the bed, the walls and door jams were filthy. The lock on the door was broken. The toilet was gross, the bathtub was disgusting and should be replaced. I tried to turn the shower on and the knob fell off. They put us in a second room that had no smoke alarm, absolutely no hot water, the fridge did not work. There were people doing drug deals out in the open. And people fighting outside and being loud all through the night. The people next to us were blasting music to the point the walls were shaking. The elevator smelled like pee and was unbearable. The trashes outside the rooms were overflowing the whole week we were there. It was just all around a nightmare. This place needs to be shutdown. This place is a health and safety hazard.
