Liked: Lona was an amazing helpful staff member. As soon as I came in I was so stressed out tired and overwhelmed. I came to check in and realized it was a few mins early. Lona assured me it was not a problem. She had my room already available check in process was quick easy

Liked: We could NOT STAY at this property SAFELY they’re was a domestic violence assault occurring as we were attempting to check in. Staff however was remarkably in refunding us and they seem to provide onsite security because I think this maybe a common problem but if you are traveling thorough and have children avoid riverside or choose a different hotel. Stay safe!

non existence after the door...

Liked: Upon walking towards entrance of property police was on property blocking the entrance and door was locked. Asked to open to check-in and Front-desk clerk woman "Asked "what homeless organization did I belong to?" I said "none, yet upon pulling up reservation she tried charging upon check full $100.00 incidental fee and demanded that $277 be paid site unseen of room. The condition of the place was marginalized, bed bug infested, smelled like cigarettes and homeless camps on property. We both agreed to cancel. The cashier was rude and seemed anxious for the cash. You need to remove this property from Booking...Not for a family. Later, my credit card was compromised with several hundred dollars stolen, so I called my bank to dispute the charges. Again take this motel/Inn down from your site. Police were there already in parking lot defusing an incident very frightening. Never stayed in the room. I liked nothing.
Disliked: Environment, hotel uncleanliness and it was for homeless and yet once she was told there wasn't an affiliation she canceled needed a code to book us, so we requested and agreed with her to cancel.

Liked: comfortable beds, spacious sink area for getting ready, microwave, minifridge, tv in room
Disliked: spots in shower, shower dripped all night and didn't work, heater didn't work very well, "breakfast" included was just coffee/tea, lobby only open during "breakfast" hours, staff not very friendly
