Disliked: The breakfast options are limited. Bread and fruit (Apple) not fresh.

Liked: The room did not have any hot water or heat. I called the staff and told him the problem and nothing was done. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in a hotel room. Never again. I would rather sleep in my car and get heat than sleep in that slum.
Disliked: The worst horror hotel I ever stayed at. Never again . The better business bureau should investigate this place.

Disliked: The room was awful: Musty smell, dirty bathroom, very old and poorly maintained.

Liked: Located in Ridgefield, CT, it was great deal. The room was spacious which I liked. It was clean but you could see the disrepair on some furniture and the walls were a little dingy. I found it very comfortable. Also, Cafe food was very good.
Disliked: Could use refurbishing.
