Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Didn’t like the text at 7:00 AM to do the survey! Can you wait until we check out? We were at a concert the previous evening and got in late. We were woke up by the 7:00 text!

One of the worst places...

Liked: Location is very convenient, placed right on the east side of the city close to the shopping center, Costco and highway 1 east. That's the only positive thing i can say about this place.
Disliked: Honestly, this is the worst hotel i stayed ever in Regina.It going through renovation, be prepared to enter a construction zone when you get in. The reception desk is a costco piknic table with 2 computers on top of it.The Pool - wow this is the biggest disappointment and I can't comprehend how the hotel is openly lies about it. So let's start.1. The floors are covered with some sort of asphalt that stayed on your feet an a result all the pools bottom is covered with it.2. Main pool water isn't clear , it's some kind of foggy color which make me think it's very dirty or overloaded with chemicals3. SWIMMING LESSONS - apparently the hotel rents it's pool to swimming lessons. As a result be prepared to see around 10 adults in their outwear and outdoor shoes sitting and staring at you, your kids and occupying all the available chairs so you can't even put your stuff on anything. Not to mention that the parents are filming their kids and obviously you get filmed as well. The funniest part is that the pool rules on the wall clearly says that only hotel guests are allowed in the pool and you cant enter with outdoor shoes. Obviously when making extra money , guests comfort or the rules doesn't matter. According to the stuff they are collaborating with a swim school and this is what it is. IF they had it posted on their website I'd look for a different location.4. Wifi - VERY SLOW , it would take you almost 4 minutes just to connect, and the connection on the 3rd floor is super slow. Reminded me of the DSL connection from older days.5. Parking - parking in front is always packed so you need to park behind the hotel and then walk around to the main entrance as there is NO backdoor you can open with your card. Sucks in the snow/rain.... Bottom line, very disappointing and I DONT recommend this hotel.IMHO Regina has WAY better options for the same or even lower price.

Nice place, good price

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good, I wish they would offer sausage or bacon on ham day as I don’t eat ham. Other than that it’s great!
Disliked: The hot tub was kinda gross, crowded, it was good though.

Liked: Location was great , staff were decent .
Disliked: Elevator stunk . Room had an unpleasant chemical smell. Bathtub was quite narrow and concaved and made it difficult to stand in safely. Breakfast lacked any choice of protein at all, disappointing!
