A night at this hotel...

Liked: Literally Nothing
Disliked: This place is a disgrace. It’s not a hotel - it’s a health code violation with a front desk. From the moment I arrived, I could tell something was wrong. The door looked like it had been kicked in and lazily patched up. It barely closed, let alone locked properly. The floor, while it looked recently redone, was grimy. Exposed wires dangled from the walls, and most of the lights didn’t even work. The furniture looked like it had been salvaged off the street, broken and stained.I made the mistake of staying one night. Out of sheer disgust, I slept fully clothed on top of the suspicious comforter with the lights on hoping the roaches would be deterred by the brightness. I refused to unpack. I kept my suitcase on top of the sticky kitchenette table and only opened it to grab necessities, careful not to give any bugs the opportunity to hitch a ride out of that hellhole. In the morning, I tried to shower, only to find several small bugs crawling around the tub as the water turned on. That was it I was done. This place should be shut down. Stay in your car, pitch a tent, sleep at the airport anywhere is better than this dump.

Complicated

Liked: It looks nice on the outside
Disliked: When me and my boyfriend got to our room the cleaning lady was still in there which made me feel a type of way cause she didn’t even care that we got there she kept cleaning in front of us but after that I didn’t feel comfortable in that room cause it didn’t feel clean. Plus I don’t get why the cleaning lady would still be cleaning the room if we got there a bit after 3 when we were supposed to check in. After that the toilet did not work. We asked the cleaning lady she said she would go tell the front desk but instead she stayed on the phone doing I don’t know what but she never started walking to the front desk. Me and my boyfriend decided to go talk to them and the guy in the front desk came to try to fix it and apparently he did but then he didn’t even tell us but he told some guy to come check it out and he comes to our room and says the toilet is good. Not long after the toliet stops working again. So the first hour of us staying there was just bad instead of us enjoying our stay we had to keep complaining about something. When the toliet broke again the guy at the front desk offered to move us to a different room which we agreed to. The room we got moved to was nice but the tv did not work we couldn’t watch Netflix or anything besides like the tv channels we went to talk to the front desk they tried fixing it but the guy just said the tv doesn’t have wifi and that I will get a refund. The wifi at this place was not good. I was fine with staying there because the guy said I would get a refund but when I was checking out there was a lady at the front desk and I asked her about the refund and she told me no she said she didn’t know anything about that and I told her if she can go get the other guy that told me about it and she said she didn’t know who I was talking about and that she couldn’t give me a refund because I paid on booking.com and not in person. She then said to contact customer service to try getting the money.

If I was booking.com, I...

Liked: This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Black mold no window screens, toilets clogged no matnance to help plunder. No ice machine or hot tub that was in working order. The floor was going to fall through. It was spongy and not safe. There was stains on the chair which were not sanitary. The shower door was installed backwards. There was not a screen on the window and we were on the second floor. It was a concern as we had our daughter there with us. It was a hot mess. We want a refund!
Disliked: The hotel in general was dirty. The breakfast as minimal and seemed to be very low quality food. The gentleman at the front desk was not helpful at all. When the toilet clogged in our room, he told us that maintenance was gone for the day. He said could bring me a plunger. When I asked if it was clean, he told me no it was a used plunger. I told him that was unsanitary and he would need to do that. He said he didn’t know how to plunge a toilet. He said he was just a front desk man. I told him it was an easy task you just push. I told him I was not going to be the one to plunge the toilet. He came in after we waited an hour and had to call multiple times to remind him to come. He was not happy that he had to plunge the toilet and apparently watched a tutorial before he came to our room because he definitely knew how to plunge the toilet. When pledging the toilet, he left the toilet seat down after plunging. He dripped all of the nasty water on the toilet seat. I asked him if he planned on cleaning it. He told me I could use the tissues. I told him that he could use them and had him clean the toilet after he made the mess…
