Lovely place. Great breakfast selection. Very close to popular dining options.

Liked: Clean and nice location.
Disliked: Reception was told three times that the person in our room was not us. After checking the signed papers she still gave us the wrong key. Thankfully we are honest people and knew tbe people, but a little follow through would have avoided several embarrassing moments.

It was my first time staying at a Days Inn. And when we arrived the front desk lady was alone and trying to get everyone checked in. The phone was ringing and you can tell she was flustered. But she was very composed and everyone from Marilyn to Jenn were so so nice. They made sure we were happy and if we needed anything they were extremely accommodating. Our stay was beyond great. Honestly we cannot wait to stay again. There is everything from malls and restaurants 3 to 6 minutes away. We were very happy. And I hope the staff knows how great they made our stay. It was just constant smiles and refreshing energy. Thank you for making our weekend so stress free.

Liked: It was my first time at a Days Inn. The front desk lady Marilyn was amazing and the whole staff was so polite and friendly.
Disliked: Short staffed during check in.

Overall it was a good night's rest.

Disappointed, I feel this hotel...

Liked: Staff during check in was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: There wasn't any more breakfast at 8:45 am Saturday and breakfast supposedly ends at 9am. No staff came into the breakfast area during this time until 9am to begin cleaning up. During my check out on Monday the breakfast was just bread and apples and packs of oatmeal. Two of the 4 juices in the dispenser had a handwritten sign on them stating there wasn't any more juice. That left water and the one on the right side that tasted watered down. There wasn't any staff at the front desk during this 15 min period either. Two other guests actually came up to the desk looking for assistance to check out. After waiting a minute or so they just left their keys on the desk. I had to have my keys re keyed two out of the 3 nights I was there. They wouldn't open the door. TV picture wasn't clear, very cloudy picture. words on screen blurry, Staff seemed to think that is how this TV is, Bathtub had at least four cigarette burns on it. The sink didn't have a stop on the drain; large items can fall into the drain.

Liked: Staff was friendly and the location was great
Disliked: Facilities were very dated. Hot water was slow to warm up. No coffee cups to go with brewer. Large crack in the tub, can only imagine what is underneath.Overall just seems like some remodeling is in order.

Disliked: Towel rack, falling off the wall, desk in the room was broken, TV was difficult to work, and there was no stations, there was no breakfast, although it was advertised as a continental breakfast.
