People need to go through...

Liked: That i was able to go to my room and relaxe
Disliked: There was a woman that wasn't even working,(she was there having dinner with Shawn, i think she does work there just not at that shift) she was demanding I show her my medical papers stating that I had a service animal. She even said the manager said they were to make a copy of it to keep it on record. I was outraged. Shawn stepped in and assured me she didn't know what she was talking about. I was ready to go to the court house in the morning and file discrimination charges. But Shawn was able to calm me down. I kept my composer.

Liked: The water pipes was banging all night. No water cups in room and 2 lamps didn't work and the lady at the desk was rude
