All rooms feature a microwave, mini-fridge, cable TV, and a work desk, while the property offers free high-speed internet, a 24-hour front desk, and a small fitness center. A complimentary continental breakfast helps you refuel after a late night out.

Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel is just a 15-minute drive from major concert venues like the PNC Arena, meaning you'll beat the traffic and still have time to grab a bite. With a 24-hour front desk and vending machines available, it’s easy to grab a late-night snack after the show. The area is quiet enough for post-concert recovery, and free Wi-Fi means you can upload your concert clips without a hitch.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Budget-conscious guests focused on music, not luxury

Food and Drink Options

While there’s no on-site restaurant, the hotel offers a free continental breakfast — great for refueling after a late night. You’ll also find vending machines for snacks anytime, and local eateries are just a short drive or rideshare away. The in-room microwave and fridge make it easy to reheat or store leftovers.

Nightlife Options

Though the hotel itself doesn’t feature nightlife or live music, you’re less than 15 minutes from some of Raleigh’s best post-show spots, including bars, lounges, and late-night eats in the downtown area. Crabtree Valley Mall is nearby if you're looking to grab dinner or drinks before a show.

What People Say

Guests love the friendly staff, clean rooms, and the hotel’s proximity to Raleigh venues. The free breakfast and reliable Wi-Fi also get frequent shout-outs. It’s often described as a solid value for the price — especially when you just need a place to sleep after a big night out.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that the property is a bit dated, and the decor isn't the most modern. Others note that while it's generally quiet, soundproofing could be better during busy weekends. Still, it’s clean, safe, and comfortable for the price.

The Bottom Line

If you're looking for an easy, affordable stay close to Raleigh’s concert action, Days Inn Glenwood-Crabtree hits the right notes with comfort, convenience, and budget-friendly pricing.

Days Inn is an extremely clean hotel. They are very much on top of their game. They kept me in clean towels which seems to be the biggest negative for hotels. They were enormously friendly. Thank you Days Inn

It's cheap, but the result...

Liked: Nearby Walmart, easy to park, several snacks arounds. Reasonable beds.
Disliked: Front door wouldn't close entirely, letting all the noise from nearby road to be heard.Promised breakfast isn't the one, but an apple and coffee (didn't taste) - ridiculous!Internet quality is pretty bad, my phone was better as a Hot Spot.

I would not go back...

Liked: Needs updating, group of people smoking weed under the staircase we had to go up was uncomfortable. Breakfast was as minimal as it could possibly get - just an expired protein bar and whatever passes for coffee.
Disliked: Old, run down

Convenient place to stop

Liked: The hotel room was clean and presentable on the surface when we arrived. The rooms were a lot nicer than we expected as the night was cheap. When we checked out in the morning the staff were much nicer than the night before! I handed the key into reception and spoke to the lady and asked her if she could explain how the refund worked with the damage deposit as this was not explained to me the night before. She was helpful and explained that housekeeping check the room and let the receptionist know if the room is okay or damaged. If it’s okay then they issue a refund onto my card. She explained this can take up to 10 working days depending on the bank I paid with, but normally it’s 3 to 5 working days.Over all the property is a convenient place to stop on your travels and has a large comfy bed.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with a little more TLC, and the tap in the shower pulled away from the wall when changing it to the shower. The handle of the fridge door was broken and pulled straight off and there weren’t enough towels for all of us. The member of staff who was there when we arrived in the late evening was incredibly rude and impatient. He did not explain how the damage deposit system worked and also wouldn’t let me enter my own pin into the card machine when he took payment from me. This is a flawed system and one that doesn’t fill me with much reassurance of safety and security. He also neglected to tell us when breakfast was and how this worked as our room included breakfast. The deposit system isn’t great. I don’t understand why they pre charge your card, when they can hold the details of the card and charge after. This might be because I’m used to a different deposit system but I feel there are better ways of doing it. Especially when their arrival message states “the deposit will be held on your card”, not charged.
