Days Inn by Wyndham Pontoon Beach

This was a nice hotel to stay at. It was by no means the nicest but the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Mediocrity at best

Liked: The front desk attendants were very helpful and nice. The cleaning lady’s were very friendly.
Disliked: The property was dirty and old, the breakfast offered was cereal and yogurt, the pool was very dirty and the filter wasn’t running, we never swam in it because it looked gross and stagnant, the bathroom was dirty, this place really needs an update. It looks like the owner has been neglecting the property.

Disliked: Asked for a non-smoking room and received a “non-smoking “ room that was almost unbearable due to the smoke order that was present.

Disliked: I guess you pay for what you get but I do want to say rooms are dirty, pool was opened but jacuzzi was closed, also stains in pool, has a sewer smell randomly, It's ok to stay here if you can't afford elsewhere but for a couple more dollars stay elsewhere!
