The other reviews seem overly critical. It was comparably less expensive and super convenient. There are things that you give up the less you pay. That's how it works.

Liked: I could have walked if I'd wound up having more fun than I should have had.
Disliked: I went to a concert and walked into the room afterwards, took off my boots and within 2 minutes the front desk was calling with a noise complaint. I didn't even turn the TV on. Some customers like to whine but it is marketed as a "concert hotel" right? I was asleep 5 minutes later. No big deal.

Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: There was hair in the sink when I arrived and in both beds when I pulled back the coverlet. This made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. There were finger smudges on tv, fridge and microwave.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: It was very dated, but also very dirty. The first room they put me in, had no smoke alarm and the blinds were broken. The second room they put me in, had a hole in the floor and holes in the walls and a towel bar ripped off in the bathroom. They finally put me in a room that looked like it had been recently updated. I can’t believe they even offered those other rooms to me. It was disgusting.

Liked: The staff, especially the lady that checked us in, were very pleasant. However, breakfast was sparse and some of the outside areas grubby and untidy.

Robed

Liked: Stayed her for a little getaway for our anniversary. Food items were okay. Had to ask for cups, and their juice was out of order. The vending machine were basically empty on the second floor, so you had to walk the stairs to get a snack. Then there was that $100 charge for damaged towels, so they say. Left a couple emails for the manager with no response in regards to the charge of 2 body towels, 1 hand towel and 1wash cloth and that's what I was charged $100 for what they say was damaged. Those towels are not worth $100, and umm, bleach works wonders on clothes.

Liked: Everyone at the property is very polite and super helpful to a traveling construction management project manager that is unfamiliar with the area.
