The other reviews seem overly critical. It was comparably less expensive and super convenient. There are things that you give up the less you pay. That's how it works.

Liked: I could have walked if I'd wound up having more fun than I should have had.
Disliked: I went to a concert and walked into the room afterwards, took off my boots and within 2 minutes the front desk was calling with a noise complaint. I didn't even turn the TV on. Some customers like to whine but it is marketed as a "concert hotel" right? I was asleep 5 minutes later. No big deal.

Liked: There’s enough cameras in the hotel at least if something was to happen and hopefully they work and they can catch something.
Disliked: The dirt and dead bugs, the spill on the floor that wasn't cleaned up before we checked in, how stained and dirty the sheets were, the fridge that didn't work, but the biggest one that made us leave 30 minutes after check-in is witnessing a drug deal, then said person coming to knock on our door and ask him if we wanted to buy drugs too

Liked: There wasn't anything left but buns and sausages.
Disliked: There was no ice bucket, no clothes hangers, light bulb out, small piece of soap, No robe holder in bathroom. Could have used a map of the city.

Frustrated

Disliked: We were locked out of our room sat night for 15 minutes. There was nobody at the desk. They didn’t answer the phone. I ended up finding somebody who was cleaning a room after walking around almost the entire hotel and they got me a new key.

Disliked: The room was very humid even with the a/c or heat on. The mirror wasn't clean. The floor lamp worked but was broken.
