Days Inn by Wyndham Petersburg/South Fort Lee

We had a wonderful stay. Kids loved the pool. Would gladly stay again for our next trip to Petersburg. We found only one place that would deliver pizza to our room and we were charged an extra fee for the location of the motel.

Liked: Staff very friendly; nice pool; clean beds.
Disliked: When we first walked into our room, my 5 year old found a bottle of wine opened under our table. The card key had Domino's Pizza advertised but when I called to place an order they told me they no longer delivered to that location.

Disliked: The property is very outdated, run down, and unclean to the point where we couldn’t even stay there the length of our trip.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Holes in the walls, torn curtains, stained sheets and bedspread. No light bulbs in lamps, no toilet paper in room. Phone ripped from wall. Very very filthy. Bathroom disgusting. Could not stay there, refused to refund my money.

Disappointing

Liked: The house keeper did come everyday and asks if we need anything. The air worked.
Disliked: The first room was horrible, so i changed it ,that room was ok, the refrigerator at the bottom wasnt keeping my food cold. I told the front no one came. So i had to keep buying ice for my colder to keep my food cold. I had to throw away all my lunch meat. Breakfast was only cereal and bread. Coffee.

Disliked: Room had an odor sheets on bed were damp and breakfast was not inviting

Bad

Liked: The Indian lady at the desk was very helpful to the extent she could. The other staff was hard to get a hold of. Been trying speak to a manager since Sunday
Disliked: The beds were not clean, there was a few incidents this stay that was not good. Got moved to 3 different rooms and it was dirty bed after dirty bed followed by a room with roaches. Oh yea I almost forgot the doo doo on the side of the toilet.

We’d come back.

Disliked: There was no breakfast. The staff at night were rude.
