Disliked: I reserved a king size room disabled and when I got her they didn't have any king size room on the 1st floor only upstairs and he can't do steps and I had to pay extra because they couldn't fill my reservation so I wasn't real happy about that the beds sucked because they was small I thought queens size but was maybe a double bed

Disappointing, and not as advertised.

Liked: We liked the location, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was not clean when we entered. There was a pair of underwear left behind by another guest, which Housekeeping must have thought my wife wanted for a souvenir. The shower did not appear to be cleaned in between guests. The drain in the shower didn't work properly, and there was still water in the tub in the morning. The breakfast was crap. Fake orange juice, very limited selection of food, and a delectable choice of Frosted Flakes and Fruit Loops for cereal selection. The coffee was very mediocre. Folgers. Very disappointing! We still haven't heard from management.

Overall a good experience

Liked: Property was clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: 2nd night, other guest were very loud outside of the room, so we did not get restful sleep.
