Disappointed

Disliked: We was in town for the Prom & exhausted. Checked in around 11pm . Rented the room with King Bed & Jetted tub. Waste of money bc remote wouldn’t work & the lady working at the front desk couldn’t help us figure out how to fix it. The remote only worked to turn tv on or off, so no way to even watch it. The lady at the front desk tried to reach out to her manager with no success. We waited 30-40 mins and called her back. She was trying to read up on the Manuel to help us but couldn’t. She was nice & did try. So midnight or a little after, she offered us to change rooms. We did, however we did NOT get the difference back on the pricing. The location was convenient for why we was there. Just felt a bit ripped off for paying more for the “better room” & not being able to utilize it. Also, I don’t think that was a King Bed.

Bad

Disliked: room was dirty stains in the bed just disgusting. requested a refund and still haven’t got it after only being in the room for <30 minutes .

Good stay but could be...

Liked: Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my wifes handicap needs and gave us ground floor rm.
Disliked: Hotel was clean, but outdated. Carpet was old and torn in places. Some of the power cords looked frayed and needed replaced.

Will not get to rooms...

Liked: I stay befor it was somewhat better the 2 nd time this this one
Disliked: No food was left and was not even 8 am yet told us they was going to open the pool for the grandkids I got to room s they did not open it they was sad

Liked: Bed was clean and comfortable. House kee p ING was helpful with another we need. Close to family
Disliked: Breakfast gravy was cold biscuits was hard.

Superb

Liked: Everything except I overslept for breakfast lol
Disliked: Nothing
