A hot Breakfast would be...

Liked: Location was good, front desk staff were good.
Disliked: There was mold in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t fully clean, bedsheets weren’t the cleanest, one of the beds was lobsided (as of one of the legs to the bed was broken.

Liked: Really enjoyed how close it was to the airport and it was nice to stop driving for a 4 hr nap.

Disliked: The pool was not working. That affected my whole stay because I travelled with the kids and promised them that we will swim! It ruin our vacation mood!

Liked: The front desk manager was very good and attentive, as were all the housekeepers.
Disliked: What bothered me was that since the hotel was part of a chain, I thought it would be the same in every aspect, but it wasn't, including breakfast, which was ok. The girl who takes care of breakfast is very rude to all the guests, this was a really negative point. pool was closed.

Liked: The desk clerk was great and he made us feel welcome . The staff we met were courteous and polite. The hotel in question was quiet so we were able to get some well needed rest.
Disliked: The breakfast was monopolized by family member and their children running around and waiting for pick up by a van for school or daycamp. The bed were not comfortable.We were dissapointed the pool was close but we didn't know when we booked.
