Liked: it had a shuttle service to get us to the airport. platter of fresh fruit in breakfast buffet
Disliked: bed mattress saggy and uncomfortable. Way too expensive for a few hours sleep

I will be booking them...

Liked: We were able to get a ride from the hotel to the airport and back which made it ideal. We were able to park at the hotel for an extra cost which was fine. The shuttle driver was right on time and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was conveniently ready for us prior to setting out.
Disliked: The view from the room was the only draw back but given that we were not there for long time it was of no consequence.

Liked: Breakfast was fine.
Disliked: I booked this hotel because it had a pool and exercise room. But when I got there with my son and I were very disappointed that the pool was closed. Had been for 2-3 weeks but was not noted on the website.management didn’t see to care and said we’ll try to have it open next week… was the reply… It really put a damper on the weekend… my son and I were looking forward to relaxing in the pool after a 6-1/2 hr drive. I will not consider this hotel next time unless I get some kind of compensation ( discount ) next November.And the grumpy old man ( probably maintenance ) should not talk to customers…
