In spite of the low reviews I chose to stay at this Days Inn. Older, outdated and in need of restoration but it was near the conference and much less expensive. My wife and I appreciated very much our stay in Orlando and enjoyed our experience at Days Inn Orlando Near Millenia Mall. Thank you staff.

Liked: Housekeeping did a great job of keeping the room clean. The bed was good and sheets were clean and straightened up each day. The breakfast that was provided was very good. All of the personnel were courteous and responded to our needs.
Disliked: We stayed 3 nights. There was a mix up in the housekeeping department and towels did not get washed and returned to the rooms. There was one lady who remembered our asking about the towels and had promised we would get towels. She kept her promise and at 5:00AM she knocked on our door and delivered our promised, clean, neatly folded towels.

Hotel staff were very professional took very well care of us. The only issue was there were bed bugs.

Disliked: Bed bugs.

Mediocre.

Liked: The room was OK. It was clean. The bed was comfortable however the TV did not work when we first got there, but they fixed it and the phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the front desk.
Disliked: It was listed as having breakfast their breakfast consisted of coffee and yogurt that was it that was disappointing. We also had persons in the room next to us playing extremely loud music at 4:30 AM and prior to that around midnight to the point where we couldn’t even hear the TV went on until about 5:30 5:45 in the morning. I was not happy about that either. Also, the hotel is right next to the Orange County, Florida State prison, which I didn’t know about until we arrived. That was kind of weird but the location to sites and everything and the highways we needed were right there so that was a good thing all in all it was ok for the price. But the other problem was there was nowhere in the area to get food no restaurants. I don’t think I’d ever stay there again

Disliked: No breakfast as advertised, just an apple and yogurt, was advertsied as buffe breakfast. No coffe was provided, and I asked several times, they ran out. Maybe the people are nice, but it's not advertised correctly, and they had enough time to go get some coffe. Days.Also refund for the last day since we left early, and was told we get a refund, is yet to arrive. Been weeks. Other places you get a day after canceling.
