So bad we checked out,...

Disliked: no working phone in unit of both roomsbroken/incomplete smoke detector in both roomswater faucet in first room brokendifficult to get televion to work in both roomsAC filthy in first roomdid change room X1 due to state of 1st

Liked: The location was ideal. Expected a bit more for breakfast. The lighting could be improved.
Disliked: The breakfast variety and the lighting in the room.

Liked: Peaceful location, close to shopping.
Disliked: Room floors were dirty, hot water knob fell off in bathroom. Shower curtain wasn't secure, water spilled to floor excessively. Picture fell off wall. There was only 1 wash rag, no phone in room.

Liked: Customer service / front desk
Disliked: I had to go to the front desk three times to have a room to sleep. The first one never was cleaned, the second one the ceiling in the bathroom collapsed, the third one had the beds done but it was smelly, the floors and doors dirty and with a poor maintenance. Resuming, it was Dirty, the mattress was the cheapest one and everything old.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: The beds only had thin blankets on them...basically they were just thick sheets. Also, the clerks constantly spoke a different language to each other and then perfect English to me. It's rude to speak about others or a different language when the only non foreign language speaking person is in the room. It makes them feel uncomfortable.
