Disappointing

Needs improvement.

Liked: Front desk staff was polite.
Disliked: Prefer 1st floor unit, given 2nd floor unit. No laundry bag. Ice cups were not in wrappers. AC didn't cool the room. Chair and ottoman were stained. Air cracks at the bottom of the entry door.
