Disliked: It was the worst motel/hotel experience I've had. Staff was so rude, even my kids agreed that the front desk woman was extremely hateful not once but twice to me, the bed was not big enough for my kids and I, like it stated it would be, there are no rollabeds like it says on the website, it was loud, people yelling and drinking outside our door and it felt unsafe, it was not worth the money I paid to stay there. I asked for a refund (which I didn't get), because it was so bad. The door would jam coming in and out, the "peep hole" had tissue stuck in it because it had fallen out, and the phone in our room was unplugged with no connection to the front desk etc. Their system for booking and checking out is very outdated, too. I had to stand there forever, checking out, while they ran to my room to look it over to see if I could have my deposit back. I would never go back there again. It was terrible.

Liked: Pool was nasty. Went to check on breakfast for my family of 7 barely any food had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
Disliked: Environment was below par

Liked: I liked how close it was to Frontier City, and the room itself was great.
Disliked: I was told that there would be breakfast and they was not anything to eat. The maid banged on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on the door.
