Disliked: I was originally booked for a key room. When I got there. I was notified that the room that I booked was not available. I had to substitute for 2 twin beds. And it was that the staff tried to accommodate me at her best ability. I would like

Disliked: We had to book this stay for 6 people and two dogs very last minute due to our previous reservation not working out. The property did not look anything like pictures describe. When we got there I then find out that dogs have to be under 25 lbs which was not clearly stated any where when reserving rooms. For these reasons I asked for a free cancellation and booking reached out to the property to request it since we had these issues and I still have not heard from a manager or received a refund despite reaching out multiple times. That’s poor customer service in my opinion. Just be aware it’s not quite as pictured :)
