Days Inn by Wyndham Novato/San Francisco

This place is only good for 1 night. It is remote with no eateries in the immediate area. The breakfast is questionable. If a stay is planned, bring your own food.

Liked: The room was clean and the pool looked good.
Disliked: There was an ironing board with no iron. I was told by the maids that an iron can be made available at the front desk. Upon asking at the front desk, there was no iron and unknown as to when one would be made available. I had to knock on a few guest rooms to ask for an iron. At breakfast, there was only 4 slices of bread.

Good location but not worth...

Liked: Lots of parking. Easy to find. Good location. Bed was comfortable
Disliked: No coffee in room. Had to go to desk 5 hours after I called desk for extra blanket. Strong smell of chemical disinfectant upon entering room. Terrible breakfast, out of teabags, cereal was stale

Liked: The location was good, easy to find, close to restaurants, and had a pool, but I forgot to bring my swimsuit.
Disliked: Our room was on 2nd floor and no elevator. We had a balcony but, it was a common one so could not sit with curtains drawn open..

It SUCKED ASS

Liked: The fact that we’ve been there many times before
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was rude. They booked me twice and took $ from my account. The floors were coming up, tv was small and couldn’t change channels

Overall it was good

Liked: The room was very nice, with good beds and a very nice bathroom. The location was quiet and easily accessible. Breakfast was just coffee, cereal, milk, and bananas.
Disliked: Breakfast was just coffee, te, cereal, milk, and bananas.

I overpaid for facilities which...

Liked: Comfort and cleanliness as well as the location.
Disliked: Hot tub was out of order. I wanted a single level room. Fitness room machines were out of order.

Quiet, but awful amenities

Liked: The only thing I like about the property is it’s quiet and has a pool.
Disliked: The day we checked in we were put in a room that was just getting cleaned, which was about 3:15pm. We had to wait about 45 minutes until we could go into the room. The floor was warped and was not sitting flat. The electrical outlets were crap because nothing would stay in the plugs. Most of the rooms did not have a microwave or mini fridge, we were lucky we had one. It says that breakfast is included with your stay, but it’s cereal, oatmeal, banana, and coffee. I don’t expect a full on meal, but there could have been yogurt, bread, bagels, etc. My family used to stay at the property years ago and it was nice, but now it’s crap. I would not stay here again.
