Liked: We could not stay at this place. After entering a roach infested room with peeling ceilings and dirty sheets,23 left immediately. Plus a stench that was unbearable.It’s a shame that booking.com even offers such places, this and others like it.

Unsafe, unclean and Poorly Managed...

Liked: I haven’t found much to like about this place, except that they did offer a replacement room since the original one had a strong smell of smoke. The new room still has a noticeable odor, but it’s slightly better than the previous one.
Disliked: Serious Safety ConcernsFrom the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel does not prioritize guest safety. Shockingly, there are openly posted warnings stating that car thefts are very common here – not a reassuring sign when you’re trying to relax on vacation or a business trip.Additionally, the general environment outside the rooms is extremely sketchy. Individuals loiter outside throughout the night, and there’s no visible security presence. One particular evening, I noticed a man roaming the parking lot with wires and tools, clearly scouting vehicles. This made me fear not only for my car but also for the safety of my family.🚬 No Respect for Non-Smoking RequestsI booked a non-smoking room, but it was indistinguishable from a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming and clearly embedded in the furnishings. It’s unacceptable to advertise non-smoking accommodations when no such differentiation exists.🛠️ Facilities and Services Border on DysfunctionalEssential amenities such as the elevator were non-functional most of the time. It was a recurring issue, and there was zero urgency in fixing it.As for service – if you request anything, be prepared to hunt down a maintenance or housekeeping person and then wait 1–2 hours (or longer) for a response. Calling the front desk was useless, as they often didn’t answer or brushed off the requests.

Liked: The pool was clean looking.
Disliked: Our first two rooms had issues. The toilet did not work in one and the bathroom light was out. The second room had marijuana cigarette butts on top of the headboard.Breakfast is listed as included with the room. Breakfast was not offered and from the appearance of the breakfast room, hasn't been offered for some time.

It was a good getaway
