Horrible!!!!!! Ruined my whole trip

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: There was no Breakfast like advertised, the rooms smelled extremely bad the staff was rude you can't trust the neighborhood I was so afraid my car would be stolen so many sketchy people around and the police being called every day

TRULY DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY...

Liked: The room was dity, smelled like smoke, property is completely run down. I asked to change rooms, but was told that is not possible. I got my bag, left the hotel and went to another hotel. I'm currently waiting for the hotel or Booking.com to refund me my money. This property should NOT be taking in customers till they clean up their act and facility!

Unhealthy, ridiculous

Liked: Unhealthy,I went there and left the property right away , I was so shocked the mold around all the room and the bathroom,I think health inspectors go and inspection we booked 2 rooms both was same and surrounded the hotel very bad atmosphere bathrooms very bad conditions and bullets all around the walls and windows ,osha and health inspectors should be go there please don’t book that hotel

HORRIBLE VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...AND...

Liked: THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST SERVED EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE SAID IT WAS AND LOCATION WAS BAD...ETC
Disliked: Dirty room...Dirty sheets...mold around the tub...no battery in the smoke detector...bathroom was Dirty...no breakfast was served even though it said it on the website...CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE EVEN WHEN I TRIED TO ASK FOR A REFUND/AND OR GET SWITCHED TO ANOTHER ROOM...AND HE HAD A BAD ATTITUDE....the pool was dirty as well....And the front desk gentleman his attitude about everything was bad.

My stay was fairly disappointing.

Liked: The price for the stay.
Disliked: The towels were stained and had hair on them, I called for maintenance and no one came, the a/c unit was leaking and wetting the floor, the a/c unit was not cooling the room, the sink was clogged. The staircases smelled as if someone had peed in them.
