Unsafe, unclean and Poorly Managed...

Liked: I haven’t found much to like about this place, except that they did offer a replacement room since the original one had a strong smell of smoke. The new room still has a noticeable odor, but it’s slightly better than the previous one.
Disliked: Serious Safety ConcernsFrom the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel does not prioritize guest safety. Shockingly, there are openly posted warnings stating that car thefts are very common here – not a reassuring sign when you’re trying to relax on vacation or a business trip.Additionally, the general environment outside the rooms is extremely sketchy. Individuals loiter outside throughout the night, and there’s no visible security presence. One particular evening, I noticed a man roaming the parking lot with wires and tools, clearly scouting vehicles. This made me fear not only for my car but also for the safety of my family.

Liked: The pool was clean looking.
Disliked: Our first two rooms had issues. The toilet did not work in one and the bathroom light was out. The second room had marijuana cigarette butts on top of the headboard.Breakfast is listed as included with the room. Breakfast was not offered and from the appearance of the breakfast room, hasn't been offered for some time.

It was a good getaway

Liked: It was calm no worries no traffic
Disliked: Elevators worked half the time

Liked: McDonald's was okay
Disliked: Had to wait for my room to be ready and nine of the ice machines was working at the time

Oh no stay was OK....

Liked: The pool
Disliked: Parking was definitely not. The best cars were definitely too close. Parking lot was very rough and out of shape. There were some broken glass in the parking lot handles to the stairways for people going up down. The stairs were completely broke. There was trash in the hallways just the sidewalks really need to be fixed and cleaned up.

Liked: Nothing at all this was a very bad experience for me.
Disliked: Nothing at all this was a very bad experience for me. I am handicap. They didn’t accommodate me they told me no handicap rooms were available. I looked around the handicap rooms were vacant. They told me I had to pay $30 more. I didn’t have the $30. They gave me a regular room. I couldn’t get to the restroom. I tried to get to the restroom my hardest. I fell. I injured my leg, hip and also my head. This is a nasty hotel. The towels were dirty. The sheets had stains on them. They had roaches. I also think they had bed bugs.
