No room service, front desk...

Liked: The staff was okay. Some of them was nice and very professional.
Disliked: The rooms were not that clean and the maids did not do they job. There was people being loud in the front all night. The hallways smell like weed but other than that it’s pretty okay.

Hire housekeepers who actually come...

Liked: The beds and towels were clean. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: I understand being short-staffed but for the price, I should not have had to spend the first hour of my stay CLEANING. Thankfully, I travel with disinfectant and cleaning supplies. EVERYTHING was dirty except the sheets and towels.

Fair but could have been...

Liked: I personally didn't get breakfast but my family said that it was fine. Could be upgraded to a full breakfast with bacon and eggs. The location of the hotel was excellent. Also would be good to add a fitness room and business area somewhere.
Disliked: The atmosphere was poor. 1st The entrance to the hotel had people loitering out front, smoking, using profanity as well as in the lobby. 2nd It appeared that some people were there who were not guests, using hotel facilities (pool, breakfast, ect.) Minimum help with house keeping and not up to par. Lobby and rooms smelled like smoke.
