Not coming back.

Liked: Front desk attendant was Awesome Check in was fast
Disliked: Original room we were given was dirty. The next room was half ass cleaned. The AC in the room wouldn't get cool, I pulled the filters out they were disgusting one of them was broke, so I clean the filters myself and the AC still didn't get cool. We open the window which by the way we were on the third floor I don't understand why y'all would allow a window to be able to open no screen what if a child was in that room and opened that window and fell out. There was two sketchy men in the back parking lot where our truck was parked and they just kept lingering around our truck. And we did have a few things in the back that we couldn't put inside the truck or bring up to the room. So we felt like we had to keep checking out the window to make sure nobody was stealing anything out of our truck. Back in 2022 we stayed there for over a month everything was great no issues at all. I don't know if y'all switch management or what's going on but I won't be coming back no I recommend anyone to go there.

Liked: I liked that the room was spacious and the floor wasn’t carpet
Disliked: I did not like the front desk front attendant for the morning shift and I did not like having to get off work to try and add another day and they told my husband he couldn’t add the day because I wasn’t there then I got there and still couldn’t add the extra day . The rates change based on the day and that’s a lot for a struggling family but I guess u get what you pay for right

I have never stayed in...

Liked: They had enough toilet paper in the bathroom.
Disliked: The Furniture was warn, the Bath Towels had Hair on all four of them; Some of the TV Channels didn't work, and I killed a bug in the bathroom. I would have had to ask for an Ice Bucket if I needed it. And i usually bring my own iron just in case they don't supply one. I didn't see one there.
