Liked: The location. Close to everything.
Disliked: The room smelled funny, the pool looked like the Black lagoon. The whole place just had a run down look to it. There wasn't even coffee at their breakfast nook. The parking lot could use to be paved, big holes.

Liked: Cant say anything
Disliked: The room was dated and had burn marks on the blankets. The other guests were a concern with childreb. Didnt feel welcome or inviting. We had concerns of bedbugs and just didnt feel safe sleeping there. We left within 5 min and just drove through the night

Liked: it was close to the gas station and the food we ate.
Disliked: The pool did not work. the bathroom door was broken. the customer service was terrible. they had no breakfast like advertised. the ice machine was broken. nothing about this hotel was good.

Rude Manager or Guest Relations...
Disliked: My stay at the hotel was relatively nice. I have no complaints about the facility itself. On the other hand, I do have issues with the the telephone call that I received from a person I believe to be the manager. When I checked in on Thursday night, I was asked by the clerk if I wanted to pay the $20 fee for my two dogs by cash. I informed him that I did not have cash, so he asked if I wanted the fee charged to my credit card. I said yes. Apparently, he forgot to charge my card because, the next day while I was continuing my cross country drive, I received a call from the hotel. The gentleman I spoke with accused me of not paying the fee and demanded that I do so. When I informed him that the guy who checked me into the hotel said he'd charge my card, the person on the phone acted as if I were lying to him. After trying to explain the situation to him several times, I eventually hung up on him. He obviously doesn't know how to deal with the general public and shouldn't be the person tasked with making such calls,
