Help a lady out, would...

Liked: I loved the lady at the desk, but the poor dear was trying to be the front desk staff, housekeeper, and laundry staff. She took it in stride, though, and had a beautiful smile on her face the entire time. She needs a raise and some reliable help hired.
Disliked: Due to a lack of staffing, our room didn't have towels, toilet paper, soap, or shower amenities.

Liked: Absolutely nothing...the pillows was small and uncomfortable, everything was small. The floors (wood floors) wasn't swept to many dogs. Piece of wood behind the toilet
