Days Inn by Wyndham New Orleans Pontchartrain

Overall we were happy and greatly attended.

Liked: Excellent location, next to needed places.
Disliked: Only small roaches but looks like it's a general problem after huracán Katrina.

Disliked: “Free Breakfast” was non-existent. No hot food, and barely anything else. Coffee was decent.

Wouldn’t book it again

Disliked: No one was at the desk . I had to keep yelling HELLO to get assistance. The breakfast was horrible. The pictures shown is not accurate.

Disliked: Dirty the furniture was old and worn. The screws were coming out of the vanity in the bathroom the bed when you moved around in it creeks and made noise so it woke me up. Was not a good experience.

Liked: Easy friendly checkin. The price was the driving factor.
Disliked: Didn't love the neighborhood but I also picked it because of the location.

Disliked: The area is not the best and staff was rude. I originally had a reservation here for 2 nights but the area and staff made me rethink and i ended up spending more $ for a way better hotel.
