Overall we were happy and greatly attended.

Liked: Excellent location, next to needed places.
Disliked: Only small roaches but looks like it's a general problem after huracán Katrina.

Liked: The location is really good and the staff is nice and the room itself was really nice and clean.
Disliked: My tv remote didn’t have batteries or a back on it,the laundry room was out of order, the shower liner was a little dirty and there was no hair dryer intact just the holder for it.

Liked: The location was good, the room was big and comfortable and the price was affordable.
Disliked: The continental breakfast offered was lacking in variety. There was no fruit option, no juice, and nothing other than a waffle maker and white bread to make hot breakfast. The variety of cereal was poor, but the yogurt was okay. No tags were available for the door to refue housekeeping, so housekeeping "cleaned" our room several times. They changed the towels and linens, but they did not clean the bathroom nor changed the trash bins, as the same dead roach stayed visibly on the bathroom floor one of the days they came to "clean". We did not request the housekeeping nor did we cared for having it one way or the other, but if they are coming, at least a sweep to the bathroom floor would be appreciated. The main office was usually empty. The exterior of the hotel is not too inviting.
