Locked out of room every...

Liked: The 2 office people I dealt with were fantastic. Helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Plaster was used to cover the sink that was obviously old and a mess. There were hairs in the sink. Some kind of stains on the bed spread. Could even see out the door at night. No light in front of room #201. End room in case of fire no way out.Repairs to ceiling were bad. Was not impressed with cost vrs what you got. Was locked out of the room every day with both keys. 2 people had keys and neither worked. Was told it was cell phone that deactivated it. One key was in the room on the counter. No cell. For 3 night we only got clean towels the day we arrived. No cleaning service from then on. Hope housekeeping didn't expect a tip. The bottom of the tub was filthy. Had to put a hand towel in the tub to be able to take a shower. Had to go to the office to get towels. Could only get bath towels. Hand towels not available. Had to go to the office to get toilet paper.

Disliked: Door handle was falling off from the outside. Dust piled in corners, bathroom was very dirty. Housekeeping tried to enter my room hrs before checkout- scared me out of my sleep.Main door had a very poor seal- you can hear every word from people outside.

Liked: Close to where my conference was. The lady on duty helped me figure out how to open my room door.
Disliked: The only signage was on a tall pole, so I wasn't sure I was in the right place when I turned in. I had a coffee maker in my room that used a tray for the coffee, but the coffee that was left was all decaf and just coffee bags. Breakfast had no H2O or juic

Liked: there was a massive leak in my room, the hotel refused to compensate me for my last day that was horrible, and the customer service representative refused to help as well.
