Days Inn by Wyndham Nanuet / Spring Valley

Room was clean; outlet for cell phone (night table did not work) and phone was out of order. What I was most disappointed with was that the swimming pool was not available - it would have been nice to have the information ahead. I would have probably stayed at a different hotel with a working swimming pool. Management were very friendly and kind.

Liked: Manager - was very polite and couteous.
Disliked: Swimming pool was not available; also, exterior was dirty (outside entrance), and the hallway carpet had a weird smell.

Disliked: The cleaning staff was very rude and nasty. Rooms were not clean at all. The staff got an attitude at having to do their job.

Liked: You guys don’t have to talk about the breakfast because is nothing there just small muffins and juice please don’t say free for the guest.
Disliked: The tv not working well.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel has a great location, Ubers nearby, there’s closer convenience stores close and there’s a Colombian restaurant in front of the hotel which was very nice. The room also was very clean and quiet.

Disliked: When I entered the building there was a strong smell of mothballs. There were dead moths too. My room smelled of mothballs and when I left everything I brought with me smelled too.

restful stay lights were falling...

Liked: muffins and coffee were good.
Disliked: room needed alot of repairs.

Adequate for the money in...

Liked: Breakfast was muffin ,juice , and coffee...O.K. but nothing Spectacular. no place to sit and enjoy Bkfst
Disliked: The decorating of rooms was minimal....no facial tissues in room. facilities are old and tired...needs cleaning of stairwells and hallways and grounds and parking lots
