Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: The night staff worker on 4th of July night was rude. Abrupt and short when I was attempting to ask him about where to park due to people parking at the hotel who was not currently staying there this weekend

Liked: It was a good value
Disliked: The facility is old and outdated. The pics are old and who knows when exactly they were taken. There's trash throughout the grounds, the rooms were filthy and I don't think they clean them at all. There are roaches in the rooms. I didn't even let my son walk throughout the room without shows bc the one time he did his feet were black from the unclean floor. The bathroom was dirty as can be. It looked like they never clean the baseboards, but that goes along withe everything else. I think they mainly change the linens and wipe down the tables and countertops.

Liked: Beach front, divided rooms
Disliked: Saw roaches in the room, hotel definitely needs updated, people the hotel beside us jumped the fence and swam in our pool.

Needs a remodel and deep...

Liked: I like for the fact that it's walking distance to the beach and friendly staff and prices and no bugs.
Disliked: Floors in room are dirty, the place is run down bad and needs a remodel bad, hardly any parking spaces and the breakfast area is too small for all the guests and lack of towels in room.

Cheap but needs some work

Liked: Close to the ocean and had a pool
Disliked: The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. There was a black residue, maybe mold in the bathroom shower area
