Never go there
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Worst experience of my life, doors wound not open, then the smell of the walk way to the room was very bad but to top it all was all the cockroaches that was in the room, I had to leave and book another hotel.

We did not stay in...
Disliked: We did not stay in the room. We canceled the room and left within 15 minutes of checking in and I went back in and talked to the front desk person and she canceled the room out so I did not owe anything. I’ve reached out to y’all several times to tell you that it was canceled so that you could pull back on that $184 payment that you were asking for and have not gotten a response from anybody. But we did not stay in the room the room was canceled in all of maybe 15 minutes. When we got in the room, the room had roaches in it.

Disliked: The room looked ran down. The breakfast could have included fresh fruit. Roaches in the middle of the night. Stairwell smelled like urine.

Pricing could’ve been better for...
Liked: Location is great simply because the beach is right behind the hotel, Breakfast was wonderful, wish there was more options. The rooms were very spacious.
Disliked: Our bathroom shower didn’t work and we requested maintenance and no one came. The floors were extremely dirty that we had to throw away socks (afterwards we used shoes in the rooms) Elevator barely worked when we tried to use it. The day before check out I filled out a form online saying that we will be checking out at 11 (which is check out time) and we went out for breakfast and when we came backfrom breakfast at 10:25am our groceries that we left in the fridge were in trash bags along with both of my kids milk bottles.
