Liked: Bed was comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: Facility could use some updating.

Ok but frustrating

Disliked: Booked a handicap room for my mother who uses a wheelchair but checking in was told handicap room was on 3rd floor and elevator was broken. Room we were given on the first floor did not have handicap shower so mother was unable to shower during stay.

One night stay. Clean.

Liked: It gave us what we needed, a port in the storm.
Disliked: It needed to be updated.

I would not stay at...

Liked: We arrived late in the evening because we were traveling through. The staff was very helpful and efficient upon check in.
Disliked: Our room had a very bad odor. The shower curtain bar was loose, there was pubic hair in the shower, and the toilet seat was loose.

Good and price was reasonable...

Liked: Good job and still working to make hotel better.
Disliked: A little noisy from room above ours.

Poor

It stunk, literally and figuratively.

Liked: Location was great. Easy to find. Easy on/off expressway. Food within walking distance after a long ride in the car.
Disliked: The room smelled like a mixture of mildew and stale smoke. IMPORTANT: THE WINDOW STOP HAD BEEN REMOVED. THE LATCH WAS NOT WORKING. THERE WAS NOTHING STOPPING THE WINDOW FROM BEING OPENED ON ROOM 108 A FIRST FLOOR ROOM. I walk using crutches. The hallway carpet needs to be restretched, my crutch got caught where the carpet is bunching in the middle. After I made my reservation, I received a text stating my total price would be $86.60.When I checked out, I handed the keys to the man behind the desk. He thanked me but made no effort to offer a receipt. I assumed, there's that word, I would receive a receipt by email. THE AMOUNT ON THE RECEIPT WAS OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED.I KNOW this had to be a mistake.I look forward to hearing from someone [email protected]
